This type of session may include Reiki table work, vibrational healing, intuitive reading,
guided meditations or simply holding space for talking, laughter or tears.
Reiki is a gentle-yet-profound energetic
healing modality from Japan with the ability to rebalance the body's energy system, facilitating healing for the body, mind,
heart and spirit. A table session has the potential to be a deeply relaxing and restorative process, or to be a sacred space
for exploration and healing issues in the past, present, or future.
Vibrational healing works in tandem
with Reiki and helps to target specific concerns and helps to restore you to your optimum working frequency. It may include
a variety of sound tools, crystals, shapes or symbols to elicit specific effects.
I discovered Reiki by "accident," receiving my first attunement as a step in my own healing process. Once attuned,
I was awed and humbled by what transpired. Reiki has opened a door
for me which has led to any number of avenues I never thought I'd set foot on. Now my
focus is on building community through love of the Divine and the desire to live in a peaceful world free from suffering.
I am a Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition and a Oneness Blessing Facilitator,
assisting with Oneness Circles and events here in town. I also offer Reiki classes,

QSCA as a law of attraction life coach. While studying law of attraction she discovered EFT and Energy (Resonance)
